● Only prepaid orders are accepted. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Food Safety & Shelf Life
Customers are responsible for:
● Storing products as per packaging instructions
● Checking “Best Before” dates
● Following heating/cooking guidelines
We are not liable for spoilage or issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
Delivery
● Delivery timelines are estimates only.
● Delay due to couriers, weather or unforeseen events is not our responsibility.
● Risk transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier partner.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of the products.
Returns & Refunds
Due to food safety laws, returns are only accepted if:
● Incorrect product is delivered
● Product is damaged/tampered upon delivery
● Product is spoiled on arrival
Evidence (photos/videos) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
Intellectual Property
All images, recipes, designs, text and branding on this site belong to Dakshinayan. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be handled in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Changes to Terms
