Shipping Coverage
We currently ship packaged food products within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
Dispatch Timeline
● Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days depending on the location.
Delays may occur due to:
● Weather
● Festivals
● Logistics/courier issues
● Remote locations
Dakshinayan Foods Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to:
● Wrong address
● Unavailability of the customer
● Refusal to accept the order
The customer may be charged reshipping fees.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
● Do NOT consume the product
● Take clear photos of the package
● Contact us within 24 hours, ideally within a few hours of receipt
We will review and assist with replacement/refund if eligible.
